Betty Stechmeyer of Gem Cultures demonstrates the process of making yoghurt. Alicia Ojeda from "Living Light Institute" talked about fermentation and allowed participants to get their hands into it. Deb Smith of CELL explains how to make an inexpensive solar cooker.
